General warranty items

Our company provides all furniture under its brand with a two-year (2-year) warranty, which covers the repair of damages that occur within the warranty period and are proven to be due to material failure or manufacturing error only.

The warranty does not cover destruction or deterioration of the product due to improper or inappropriate use, damage due to normal wear and tear, natural disasters or unavoidable external events.

During the warranty period, the product or its components are either repaired or, if this is not possible, replaced with new ones. The choice of the repair method is left exclusively to our company. . In the event that the product or component that needs replacement is no longer available in the product range under the company's brand, it is replaced with another from the same product category and corresponding retail price.

The warranty does not cover product damage due to abnormal environmental conditions (humidity, exposure to excessive heat, cold or light, etc.), overloading, inadequate care (tearing, burning, use of inappropriate cleaning agents, etc.), damage due to the use of non-original components or spare parts or third-party intervention.

The warranty of your product comes into effect from the moment of purchase and covers manufacturing defects or material failure and not damage from normal wear and tear, mistreatment, poor installation, lack of cleanliness, scratches, impacts, or any other type of accident. The warranty covers only the Greek territory and for its validity it is necessary to comply with the product instructions. The repair request must be made within the warranty period. For reasons of verification of the date of purchase and for the validity of the warranty, it is always necessary to present the purchase receipt or invoice.

The buyer is obliged to check the products for defects and shortages at the time of receipt, at the place specified in the order. In cases of deliveries to an agency, the check must be made at the time of delivery. If no defect or shortage is declared, the receipt is considered unconditional and the company bears no responsibility.

  • Do not use your mattress on a base smaller than the mattress itself.

  • The mattress must be placed on a stable base without large gaps (no larger than 2.0 - 4.0 centimeters), otherwise permanent damage to the product may occur, for which the company is not responsible.

  • You should turn the mattress at least every 6 months to ventilate it and avoid sagging. Not just top to bottom, but also from head to toe and vice versa.

  • Do not fold or crease the mattress. When you need to move it, place it in an upright or sideways position.

  • Choose and use a mattress protector (mattress cover). When you use a mattress protector, it absorbs sweat and protects the mattress. The mattress protector is easy to wash.
  • Do not use water on the product. It may be absorbed and create internal moisture and an unpleasant odor.
  • Do not use chemical cleaners or liquids to clean the mattress, as this may damage some of the mattress materials. Prefer dry cleaning.
  • Do not use an electric iron or any form of steam.
  • Do not smoke near the mattress or use fire near it. It is also not recommended to use an electric blanket.
  • Do not use the handles to lift the mattress with its full weight. The handles are only used to slightly move the product once it has been placed on the bed.
  • Do not place very heavy objects, do not jump or stand on the mattress, there is a risk of causing permanent damage to these areas.

Mattress warranty terms

  • Mattresses consisting of springs are provided with a 10-year warranty on the springs and a 2-year warranty on the foam materials.
  • A very dirty mattress automatically loses its warranty.
  • Mold is not covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover cases of wear and tear due to misuse, maintenance, transportation or storage of the product and in particular due to failure to care for the mattress.
  • With the use of the mattress for a considerable period of time after purchase and as the foam materials adapt to hug your body, it is normal to observe a slight subsidence of its surface. Such subsidence of up to 2 cm. is normal and does not constitute a defect or manufacturing error. Measure your mattress at least 4 hours after its last use.
  • All of the above maintenance instructions must have been followed.
